Kuros Biosciences is a Swiss-listed life science company with offices in Schlieren (Switzerland), Atlanta, GA (USA) and Bilthoven (The Netherlands). Kuros focuses on the development and marketing of orthobiologics for spinal fusion surgery, a procedure used to stabilize the spine in patients with back problems. The Kuros bone repair products are manufactured in Bilthoven and sold worldwide. The Kuros Bilthoven Production Team is looking for a new team member that fits the spirit of an innovative company aiming to become the global leader in orthobiologics.

Production Operator (100%)

Duties and responsibilities:

As an enthusiastic and well-experienced multitasker in the Production Team you will be involved in:

• The (GMP) manufacturing of Kuros’s calcium phosphate products (e.g., ceramic powders and granules, injectable synthetic bone, and composites) in different shapes and forms.
• You will be involved in a hands-on production process in which we make our own basics.
• After a training period you will be able to do every step of our production process, from making fluids, preparing the wax to the end granule. 
• Manufacturing equipment and facility implementation, inspection, supervision
• Development of manufacturing documentation

Skills and abilities desired:

The Operator must have at least:

• A MBO education level, or equivalent
• Preferably experience with GMP manufacturing
• Able to work with protocols and batch records for a certified production process. 
• Fluency (written and spoken) in English
• Good work ethic, teamplayer.
