Current Need

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Northborough, MA. This position is responsible for the Case pick department.

Responsible for a variety of tasks including picking, housekeeping, safety, customer satisfaction, employee morale, and engagement
May evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives and develop and implement improved procedures and practices.
Gives work direction, resolves problems, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work
Ensures associate safety and builds a positive collaborative team
Continuous development of direct reports, including coaching, direct feedback, and written evaluations

Minimum Requirements

4+ years operational experience
2+ years managerial experience
2+ years experience in a DC/warehouse setting

Critical Skills

2+ years experience working as a supervisor, trainer or leader of a department or group
4+ years experience working in a warehouse/distribution/transportation environment
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Additional Knowledge & Skills

Experience with WMS systems
LMS experience preferred

Preferred performance management experience
Experience as a diverse people leader with proven results
RF equipment experience preferred
Ability to work autonomously
Powered Industrial equipment certification preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent time manager

Education
4-year degree or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements
General Warehouse/Distribution Center environment

The ability to walk 5-7 miles per day and be on the floor 85% of the day
