Accountabilities
Own the ClinOps Tooling Vision and Roadmap to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Lead and develop a high-performing team focusing on operational tooling, automation, and governance.
Drive a tech-enabled operating model by partnering with AI and Product leadership.
Translate operational processes into standardized, repeatable solutions.
Design mechanisms for performance auditing and operational governance.
Solve horizontal problems end-to-end by diagnosing root causes and designing actionable solutions.
Leverage data analytics to prioritize initiatives and refine workflows.
Bridge the gap between ClinOps and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions to new tools.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Product in fast-paced environments.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing teams and driving execution.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Looker, SQL, and advanced spreadsheet applications.
Experience in improving operations through technology and governance structures.
Ability to design performance measurement frameworks and auditing models.
Experience managing complex roadmaps with multiple stakeholders.
Systems-thinking mindset with an understanding of workflow interactions.
Strong organizational discipline with a hands-on and outcome-oriented approach.
