La/Le spécialiste des opérations a pour mission de représenter Yassir Cash sur le terrain à travers des visites de points de vente partenaires et la participation aux événements, afin de garantir la bonne maîtrise des offres, la visibilité de la marque et la qualité du service. Responsabilités principales :

Effectuer des visites régulières dans les points de vente partenaires

Réaliser des missions de mystery shopping pour évaluer la qualité du service

Vérifier la maîtrise des offres Yassir Cash par les agents partenaires

Contrôler la visibilité de la marque dans les points de vente

Participer aux événements Yassir pour accompagner les clients (top-up, assistance, etc.)

Réaliser des rapports de visite et d’audit terrain.

Qualifications :

Bon relationnel et aisance sur le terrain

Sens de l’observation et rigueur

Autonomie et dynamisme

Mobilité sur la zone géographique concernée

Véhicule personnel obligatoire
