Operations Specialist

Role summary-As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our cross-border payment operations. This role focuses on day-to-day transaction processing, customer onboarding, and operational risk control. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to improve workflows, enhance compliance, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

What you’ll do

Execute daily cross-border payment operations, including customer onboarding (KYC), transaction monitoring, payment review, reconciliation, and reporting.
Work closely with sales, product, and compliance teams to deliver integrated operational and risk solutions.
Identify, investigate, and escalate abnormal customer activities or transactions.
Support product reviews, business assessments, and risk evaluations, providing operational insights and recommendations.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, SLA performance, and customer experience.

Who you are

3+ years payment business operations experience in cross-border payments, domestic payments and banking.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Understanding of cross-border payment operations and risk management practices..
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
