Operations Specialist-ATM and POS Network

Euronet seeks a new team member to play a vital role in supporting activities related to ATM and POS networks, electronic financial transactions, cards management, fraud monitoring, cardholder support and bank support across Romania!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cooperation with teams all over the world
• Interact with various applications, access information, search data, create reports, report incidents, write emails, take calls
• Learn a lot of technical details about the world of payment terminals
• Excel in interruptions and switching between activities, emails, calls

Working hours

• Rotation shift system work (will be explained during interview)

Requirements

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of experience in Operations, Information Technology or Technical Help Desk functions (ex. customer care, back office services for operational and technical support)
• Fluent in Romanian and English
• Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office package
• Effective communication and quick decision making
• Education from a technical-oriented institute is consider advantage
