The Operations Specialist will support our global teams to enhance operational efficiency, and manage and optimize our systems and procedures. The Specialist will provide technical configuration, training, and support focusing on processes and workflows and emerging technologies as part of the operations team.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and workflows utilizing existing tools and emerging technologies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for our project management tool Monday.com.
- In collaboration with the innovation team identify and evaluate opportunities to implement automation, AI, and new technology tools to enhance business processes. Stay current on AI/ML applications, automation tools.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards, workflow documentation, and enhancements
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to resolve system or equipment related issues
- Oversee global equipment lifecycle management including procurement, shipping, tracking, storage, redistribution, and disposal of old equipment
- Track and manage project-based equipment shipping, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Support the new hire onboarding process in partnership with HR
- Serve as a point of contact with system and technology vendors, and stay informed on updates and improvements
- Special projects as assigned e.g., pilot new technologies and processes before organization-wide rollout
Required Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in relevant job or industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working remotely and within multicultural teams
- Proficient using Google Suite, Monday.com, Zoom, Okta, and Slack
- Experience with system configuration and optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Monday.com or similar software
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Hex)
- Some basic knowledge or understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Project management experience / Structured / Problem-solving thinking
- Experience with change management and training program development

Starting Salary Range: USD 70,000-75,000/year
