  • Initiate and analyze operations flow through data analysis, routing, and simulation to support operational efficiency.
  • Design and evaluate operational solutions based on customer requirements, including solutioning for tenders and new business opportunities.
  • Conduct operations network analysis and identify optimization opportunities for better performance.
  • Manage onboarding plans and ensure smooth day-to-day execution for new customers or services.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on operational matters, including pricing discussions and basic negotiations.
  • Design and develop new services or operational processes based on business needs.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field such as business administration, management, or marketing
  • Have 4-5 years working experience in Business Solutions or Operations Improvement or Transport Solution Design
  • Multi-faceted knowledge in Operations, Commercial and Product
  • Have experience to manage multiple project from scratch, especially in operations flow process
  • Excellence in stakeholders management and communications skills
  • Strong in data analysis, analytical thinking, and details oriented person
