As our next Operations Solution Consultant, you'll empower our partners to run their MSP businesses like clockwork. Your mission? Help them unlock peak operational efficiency using cutting-edge SaaS tools—and a solid dose of your strategic coaching. You’ll shape smarter business processes, automate the boring stuff, and guide our partners toward real results through consultative selling.
This isn’t your average “demo and ditch” role—you’ll be the go-to expert on operations solutions across North America, inspiring partners to adopt cloud tech like pros. We’re talking real impact, measurable outcomes, and—yes—real commission.
🎯 Conduct strategic benchmarking and planning sessions with partners that leave them saying “why didn’t I do this sooner?”
💡 Deliver powerful product demos that show exactly how our Operations SaaS solutions (RMM, PSA, IT Documentation tools, etc.) make MSPs more efficient and profitable.
🤝 Partner closely with Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and drive adoption of Pax8 cloud solutions.
✍️ Log everything in Salesforce (you’re a pro at it anyway), track your deals, and make data-driven decisions.
🧠 Stay sharp on industry trends, new tools, and operational strategies that make MSPs tick.
📈 Hit—and exceed—monthly sales goals, keeping the pipeline full and the momentum high.
✅ 5+ years of SaaS or B2B sales experience (you’ve been in the trenches and know how to win deals).
✅ You’ve lived in the world of RMMs, PSAs, CPQs, or IT documentation tools—bonus points for exposure to the MSP space.
✅ You’ve hit quotas, crushed goals, and probably have a few sales trophies collecting dust.
✅ Comfortable talking shop about IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, SaaS architecture, and CRM systems (especially Salesforce).
✅ Microsoft 365 is second nature to you. LinkedIn is your playground for business development.
