Job Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Community Assistant to support our internal platform operations and social media engagement.

This role combines structured, process-driven tasks with light community management. You’ll also assist with ad-hoc operational projects when needed, so we’re looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling both creative and operational tasks.

You’ll be working remotely within the GMT+8 timezone and supporting time-sensitive requests when needed.



Responsibilities:


  • Manage and monitor social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), primarily focusing on community engagement and responding to messages/comments


  • Support content publishing when required (scheduling and basic posting tasks)


  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and operational support


  • Assist with time-sensitive and last-minute requests


  • Provide accurate data entry and database support


  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and internal files

Salary
$400 – $415 per month
