Operations Scheduling Coordinator - North Conway, NH

We are seeking an Operations Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. in North Conway, NH. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain accurate schedules for clinical staff and clients
  • Manage and update scheduling software and systems; Central Reach
  • Communicate with staff and clients regarding scheduling changes or conflicts
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new staff members
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Support the operations team with day-to-day tasks and projects

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in scheduling or administrative roles
  • Proficient in using scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suites
  • Exel and Google Spreadsheet expertise is highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements
