Operations Reporting Analyst (Afternoon Coverage)

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our San Pedro Sula office.

Shift availability:

Afternoon Coverage (Monday to Friday 2:00PM to 9:59PM, alternating weekends)

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment rotation and optimization as per company´s operation needs and customer agreements.
• Actualizing incomplete loads, assigning trailers to carriers as well as staying up to date to make sure they move the trailers and avoid trailer negative idlle.
• Maintain and manage equipment´s life trough mileage and maintenance
• Assess and determine which equipment needs to be removed from lanes and where the low kilometers units need to be injected.
• Input empty units into the shop´s work order for cleaning and inspection.
• Assist in monthly trailer detention billing.
• Review trailer damages and follow-up on trailers repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment being moved into and out of various Charger facilities across the country.

Requirements

• Advanced English skills
• Power BI knowledge preferable
• High level of technical expertise
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations
• Self-starter with good judgment and can proactively manage up where appropriate
• Accountable for results, strives to meet and exceed expectations
• Time management/prioritization and follow-up skills
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
