In partnership with ONET in Luxembourg, we joined forces to provide an extensive range of cleaning services.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t just another internship. As part of our Luxembourgish team, you’ll be fully immersed in real projects from day one:

Operations Management:

  • Customer Experience: Ensure our B2C, B2B, and End-of-Tenancy services run smoothly, delivering top-tier experiences to our customers.
  • Customer Success: Improve our clients retention by solving problems relating to agent absences, handling different kind of complaints with care and cleverness, insuring a 5* service and gathering feedback on our performances.
  • Agent management: Provide our cleaning agents with the support they need in their daily routine by answering their questions and requests.
  • Operational Strategy: Collaborate with our leadership to streamline processes and enhance our operational efficiency.

Recruitment:

  • A to Z recruitment of cleaning agents according to the company's needs.
  • Screening of CVs, telephone calls, face-to-face interviews.
  • Employment contracts signature and training of hired agents.
  • Onboarding and management of the new agents.

Growth

  • Process Improvement: Give your input to help us improve our existing processes, making our business management more efficient.
  • Brand Strategy: Contribute to shaping and maintaining our brand identity across multiple markets.
  • Growth Hacking: Work with our growth team to explore new strategies for scaling our services and expanding our market reach.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact. This is what makes you successful:

  • You speak English and French to a minimum level of B2, any other language being considered an asset.
  • You ideally have one or more previous experiences in customer service.
