Role Overview
The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs) across the operations cycle, ensuring process compliance, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, capable of identifying root causes of issues and implementing corrective action plans.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage specific KPIs end-to-end, ensuring performance meets targets.
Monitor daily/weekly performance trends, highlight risks, and drive improvement actions.
Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues and define corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and present performance reports to management and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address quality gaps and ensure smooth workflows.
Support training initiatives to improve compliance and awareness among operational teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control, preferably in logistics, shipping, or operations.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
