We’re looking for an Operations Project Manager to help us scale smarter, move faster, and raise the bar across everything we do

In this role, you´ll:

• Lead and coordinate operations projects from start to finish, ensuring their success and constant updating.
• Actively collaborate in the strategic definition of tasks, deadlines, and milestones for impeccable project planning.
• Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks and bottlenecks to ensure operational fluidity.
• Prepare high-impact weekly and monthly reports on portfolio status, with risk and non-compliance analysis for informed decision-making.
• Ensure perfect alignment of projects with area OKRs, driving the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Manage and optimize the Operations backlog, ensuring maximum efficiency.
• Centralize and prioritize the data, automation, and quality backlog, driving innovation.
• Ensure the reliability of reports, the robustness of automations, and excellent cross-functional quality control.
• Supervise the timely and efficient execution of tasks assigned to internal Business Intelligence and Business Automation teams.
• Lead and empower the cross-functional Quality Assurance team within the operations area.
• Foster strong and effective interdepartmental relationships to ensure project success.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Demonstrable experience of 3-5 years in project management, with a proven track record of success.
• Expert command of project management tools, demonstrating a strategic approach.
• Excellent level of Spanish and English (spoken and written), facilitating global communication.
• Solid knowledge in data analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Advanced experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI or similar, demonstrating analytical skills.
• Great interest and passion for automations and Artificial Intelligence, driving innovation.

Bonus points if you also have

• Advanced handling of Jira/Confluence, optimizing collaboration and project tracking.
