Operations Project Executive, Content (English)

Role Overview
This Operations Project Executive will oversee the smooth operation of live online courses, ensuring technical readiness and effective communication with instructors. They will also tracks enrollments, manage content production, and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate course listings. The Operations Project Executive with also serve as a central point of contact, and will handle inquiries and support scheduling and operational planning.


Salary: 15,000 BDT
Modality: Part-time, Contractual
Working Hours: 24 hours/week
Contract Period: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee concurrent live batch operations, ensure technical readiness, maintaining communication  to instructors, and executing class  smoothly.
  • Tracking enrollment numbers for new batches and project live batch closing dates for online courses.
  • Placing all sorts of course  content requisitions to the video production team and monitoring production timeline for content delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) team and platform team to ensure courses and activities are correctly listed on the ERP/user portal.
  • Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for the customer experience team, and marketing team. handling all service and course related queries for the vertical’s online courses.
  • Oversee Paid community engagement, ensuring queries are addressed and discussions remain active.
  • Serving as POC for the Product Team for answering queries for any courses and services.
  • Develop and maintain quarterly class schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Assist in budget planning and financial processing for operational activities.
  • Preferably 3rd and 4th year university student [Discipline: BBA, CSE or any engineering background]
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite
  • Effective communication and coordination skills across multiple teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
