Job Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager to support publishing operations for World of Tanks in the Chinese market.

In this role, you will coordinate day-to-day publishing activities, ensure smooth content delivery, and maintain alignment between internal teams and our local publishing partners. You will also help manage region-specific content, events, and communications, ensuring they meet cultural and regulatory requirements.

What will you do?

  • Drive the preparation and publication of articles on the game portal
  • Execute the creation of in-game promotional notifications
  • Organize and manage publishing assets for the game portal
  • Draft simple player-facing texts related to game activities
  • Review and validate Chinese-language articles prior to publication
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across different time zones

What are we looking for?

  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency (HSK 5 or higher)
  • Fluent in English (Russian is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders across multiple time zones and departments
  • Strong self-management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute independently

Work mode

  • Remote (from anywhere within the selected country).
  • This role is/isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.
