Operations Manager

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields;
MBA or postgraduate
Proven experience in operations management and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of MRP, PPCP, Lean Manufacturing, Advanced Excel, and digital management tools.
Fluency in English; Spanish is an advantage.
Strategic mindset with analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Solid experience in a similar role in the electronics industry, ideally in multinational companies.

Role Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading materials planning, purchasing, warehousing, production flow, and delivery, ensuring full alignment between demand, suppliers, logistics, and manufacturing capacity. Acts strategically within the production process, optimizing the supply chain and promoting continuous improvement. Makes critical decisions, ensures compliance with safety standards and integrated management, and develops and guides high-performance teams.
