The Role

In this pivotal position, you'll be responsible for the smooth, safe, and efficient running of all warehouse operations—from goods-in to final dispatch. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensure seamless inventory control, and champion best practices across health & safety, logistics, space management, and customer service.

Your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations across receiving, storage, and dispatch
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
  • Overseeing stock control, audits, and replenishment
  • Optimising warehouse layout, equipment usage, and space planning
  • Coordinating with logistics providers and internal stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and cost control
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Delivering operational excellence through KPI tracking and data-led decision-making
