General Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and coordinate daily field operations, ensuring all services are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. 
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of field technicians, supervisors, and support staff to ensure they meet performance and quality goals.  
  • Manage the scheduling of services, ensuring optimal route planning and resource utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs. 
  • Oversee inventory levels of chemicals, tools, and equipment.  
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure that customer expectations are met, resolve service issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.  
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.  
  • Report performance results to senior management and implement corrective actions as necessary. 
  • Assist in the development and management of branch budgets, focusing on cost control and maximizing profitability.  
  • Ensure that the company adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pesticide use, chemical application, and worker safety. Manage audits and inspections to maintain compliance.
