Overview
Our client is a leading travel service provider - a company with over 50 years of experience in delivering travel products globally, with their APAC headquarters in Hong Kong. They are seeking an Operations Manager to be based in Taipei.
What You Will Do
Manage and coordinate worldwide tour operations according to customer and agent requirements
Lead and develop the operations team while ensuring quality and efficiency standards
Collaborate with Country Managers, Sales team, and Network Offices
Work with Head of Operation on manpower optimization and efficiency improvements
Monitor cancellation deadlines and ensure compliance with standard SOPs
Handle complaint resolution efficiently and operate system for data analysis
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Tourism / Hospitality Management
Minimum 10 years of working experience with 5+ years in a managerial role
Proven team leadership experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilitieslk
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Mature professional capable of performing under pressure
