We're seeking a strategic Operations Manager to spearhead our APAC sourcing operations based in Malaysia, delivering exceptional service to Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and expanding markets. You'll be the driving force behind consistent service delivery while optimizing resource allocation and building scalable processes that adapt to shifting market demands.

You will lead a talented sourcing team focused on meeting ambitious delivery targets while ensuring CV volume, quality, and speed exceed expectations across all regions. Through implementing AI technologies and process improvements, you'll enhance service delivery and productivity while developing standardized operational frameworks that ensure compliance and excellence. Success means building high-performance teams through structured coaching programs, collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving measurable business results through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead APAC sourcing team to consistently meet delivery targets while servicing Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and future markets
  • Establish and monitor sourcing KPIs aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent CV volume, quality and speed across all regions
  • Design and implement process improvements incorporating AI technologies to enhance service delivery, efficiency and productivity outcomes
  • Manage resource planning, capacity allocation, and workflow distribution responding to ongoing shifting market needs and priorities
  • Develop standardized operational frameworks, compliance policies, and management practices ensuring consistent service delivery and regulatory adherence
  • Implement structured coaching and performance development programs enhancing team productivity and supporting career progression
  • Collaborate with analysts to build dashboards and reports tracking performance metrics while conducting root cause analysis
  • Minimum 5 years operational experience in tech or recruitment industries with at least 3 years team leadership experience
  • Proven leadership managing teams with demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business results across multiple markets
  • Demonstrated success in process optimization, operational excellence, and technology integration including AI/automation tools
  • Proven people development expertise including talent acquisition, coaching, performance management, and building high-performance teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with experience in data analysis and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills with fluency in English; additional Asian languages advantageous
