8 Must have at least 36 months experience, education or training in program or managerial experience in a type of work or a combination of functions directly related to the position to be filled or in comparable work or functions.

10 Broad, comprehensive knowledge of duties concerned with concepts, supervision, and management of facility administration in the planning, design, and construction of major structures and facilities with expertise in space utilization, building environmental systems, fire and security systems, masonry and reinforced concrete construction, roofing systems, energy management, and pavement construction and ability to determine deficiencies and prepare scopes of work for repair.
