About the Position:
The Operations Manager will play a critical role on our airport leadership team, reporting directly to the General Manager. This leader will be responsible for driving sales performance, exceeding KPIs, and leading a high-performing team of hourly Ambassadors in a dynamic, customer-facing airport environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven coach with a strong focus on sales execution, customer service excellence, and operational integrity.

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 depending on levels of skills and experience. The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
