Job Responsibilities
Owner-Representative Operations
- Own the day-to-day operational performance of Paseo from an owner-representative perspective
- Ensure the property operates at the highest possible standard across all components
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions that elevate resident and guest experience
Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between LV Collective and operating partners including Greystar, Roost, Day Dreamer, AMAYA, Rainey Street & Paseo Events Manager, AIR and others
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships and align multiple partners around a single cohesive vision
- Collaborate closely with ownership and asset management to support broader business objectives
Culture, Systems & Standards
- Integrate culture, systems, and operating processes across residential, hospitality, and wellness components
- Ensure operating partners are aligned with Paseo’s vision, service standards, and brand expectations
- Support brand execution and ensure consistency across all on-site touchpoints
Performance & Accountability
- Hold operating teams accountable to KPIs, service standards, and operational best practices
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively drive improvements
- Act as a visible on-site leader and culture carrier for the property
Other
- Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
- Ability to work late or on weekends may be required
