Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations. The role requires strong leadership to ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations.
- Train, guide, and motivate staff for consistent performance.
- Ensure timely service delivery and high-quality garment care.
- Monitor budgets, inventory, and resource allocation.
- Enhance operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Build a collaborative workplace culture that fosters teamwork.
Requirements
- Proven experience in laundry, dry-cleaning, or housekeeping operations.
- Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
- Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and process management.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and industry-specific compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Background in hospitality or facilities management is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Training/certification in textile care or dry-cleaning processes.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Sales or business development experience in services.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
