Your New Role

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our HVAC service department in Jamesburg, NJ—orchestrating everything from team management and scheduling to system improvements and financial oversight.

• Manage daily schedules, calls, dispatching, and service workflows

• Supervise and support technicians and administrative staff

• Track performance metrics (P&L, technician productivity, ROI)

• Ensure exceptional customer service and timely job completion

• Oversee systems like GoHighLevel, Payzerware, and QuickBooks

• Drive marketing initiatives and growth strategies

• Maintain inventory, equipment, and job paperwork

• Coordinate fleet scheduling and office logistics

• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
