Operations Manager - Hungary

TLDR

Lead and optimize operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment by driving productivity and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Lead all aspects of plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and safety
Support the plant start-up phase including recruitment, equipment installation, and process design
Implement efficient operational systems aligned with global standards
Drive productivity, quality, and cost optimization through data and KPI monitoring
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team
Collaborate closely with HR, Supply Chain, and Engineering to support production needs
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
7+ years of operations management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proven track record in plant start-up or process optimization is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
Must have working rights in EU
