Operations Manager - Hungary

Your mission

• Lead all aspects of plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and safety
• Support the plant start-up phase including recruitment, equipment installation, and process design
• Implement efficient operational systems aligned with global standards
• Drive productivity, quality, and cost optimization through data and KPI monitoring
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team
• Collaborate closely with HR, Supply Chain, and Engineering to support production needs
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 7+ years of operations management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proven track record in plant start-up or process optimization is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
• Must have working rights in EU
