Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

About the role:

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our Event Operations team in Europe, based in Madrid.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, team management, and operational excellence at scale. You will be responsible for ensuring that large volume events are delivered smoothly, without escalation, by building strong team capabilities, clear processes, and reliable tools.

Your mission is as clear as it is challenging: make operations predictable, scalable, and self-sufficient.

You will manage a team of Specialists and Coordinators, ensuring they have the structure, clarity, and support needed to independently run day-to-day events.

Key responsabilities:

1. Team Leadership & Performance:
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Operations Specialists and Coordinators across Europe
  • Set clear expectations, KPIs, and performance standards
  • Coach the team to improve autonomy and decision-making on the ground
  • Ensure consistent execution quality across all events
2. Operational Execution:
  • Own the delivery of a large volume of live events
  • Ensure issues are solved within the team, avoiding unnecessary escalation
  • Act as the first level of escalation only for edge cases
3. Process Design & Standardization:
  • Define, document, and continuously improve SOPs for recurring event types
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
  • Ensure processes are simple, clear, and consistently followed
4. Tools & Systems Ownership:
  • Define how tools (hardware, software and systems) should be used by the team
  • Drive adoption and correct usage of operational tools
  • Work closely with product/tech teams to improve tools, features and operational workflows
5. Cross-functional Coordination:
  • Collaborate with Partner Management, Fever Originals, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure smooth event execution
  • Translate business needs into operational plans

What success looks like:

  • The majority of events are executed without escalation
  • The team operates with high autonomy and accountability
  • Processes are clear, documented, and consistently followed
  • Operational issues are solved systematically, not repeatedly

About you:

Experience:
  • 5+ years in operations or similar execution-heavy environments
  • Proven experience managing teams in high-paced, operational contexts
  • Strong track record in standardizing processes and improving execution at scale
Skills & Mindset:
  • Hands-on leader: you are comfortable going into the detail when needed
  • Structured thinker: you bring order, clarity, and consistency
  • Problem solver: you fix root causes, not just symptoms
  • Execution-driven: you prioritize getting things done over overthinking
  • People manager: you know how to develop, challenge, and retain talent
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in live events, hospitality, logistics, or similar industries
  • Familiarity with operational tools (POS, ticketing, access systems, etc.)
  • Experience working in international environments
Languages:
  • Fluent English and Spanish required

What we offer:

  • A high-impact role with ownership over a critical part of the business
  • The opportunity to build and scale operations across Europe
  • A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with real decision-making power

Benefits & Perks:

  • Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
  • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
  • Work in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our markets
  • Home office friendly
  • Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth
  • Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!

  • We have free food, drink and fruit at the office !
  • Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow
