Operations Manager

eTeamSponsor is looking for a Part-Time, Temporary Operations Manager to jump in immediately and help keep the engine running as we support athletic programs across the country. This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and impact-driven. You’ll work cross-functionally to support critical operational functions and ensure key internal workflows are completed accurately and on time.

This position is temporary and part-time, starting immediately and expected to run around June 15th or July 1st (estimated end date) reporting directly to the Director of Operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operational execution to ensure internal workflows run efficiently and consistently
  • Manage key administrative and finance-related tasks such as deposits, record updates, request processing, and documentation tracking
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable follow-up, including outreach and internal coordination as needed
  • Monitor and respond to payment issues and disputes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution
  • Support company purchasing and basic office coordination, including mailbox monitoring and supply ordering
  • Coordinate employee travel logistics (flights/hotels) as needed for business travel and events
  • Support People Ops needs including onboarding coordination, systems setup support, and benefits-related administration
  • Keep work organized, documented, and communicated clearly so priorities stay on track
  • Collaborate daily with fellow eTeam’ers across multiple divisions of the company: Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Operations and Product Development

Requirements (residents only):

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, business administration, project coordination, finance operations, or HR support
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently from a home office
  • Experience working in CRM and operational systems (preferred); HubSpot experience is a plus

Compensation/Benefits:

This is a part-time, temporary position starting immediately and expected to run through approximately June 15th or July 1st (estimated).

  • Hourly pay commensurate with experience
  • Temporary role (benefits eligibility, if any, will be shared during the interview process)
