Job Requirements: ·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. ·         Proven experience in operations management, project management, and program management in the automation industry ·         Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. ·         Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. ·         Proficiency in project management tools and software.
