The Opportunity
Four Seasons Sunrooms-GTA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the workflow from order through installation in a fast-moving installation and service environment.
This role is primarily office-based (approx. 80% office / up to 20% site visits) and supports multiple concurrent installations across the GTA. You will oversee scheduling, field coordination, subcontractor relationships, materials readiness, jobsite safety, and customer communication throughout project execution. This role also includes direct people leadership, overseeing a small internal team supporting day-to-day execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role with visible impact on both customer experience and operational results.
