Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage outsourcing partners, focusing on IT, back-office, and middle-office functions.
Oversee and enhance customer support operations.
Provide data analytics, reporting, and insights to internal teams to support business decisions.
Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives and business priorities.
Lead and deliver ad hoc projects across multiple business areas.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related).
3–4 years of professional experience in a financial institution.
CySEC Advanced Certificate.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
