Operations Manager (AI-Driven)

That’s why we’re looking for an Operations Manager for whom AI and automation are not “nice-to-have” skills, but core working tools.

About the Project:
Elva is a mobile app with a subscription for exclusive video content and tools for video creation.

Your mission:

Make the company run like a well-tuned system:
less manual work, less chaos, more speed, clarity, and transparency.

What you’ll do:

Build an AI-powered operations system

• Research, test, and implement AI tools that replace manual operational work

• Design and launch automations for document management, communications, approvals, and process control

• Create internal “operational agents” that take over routine and repetitive tasks

• Integrate tools and services into a single, coherent operational ecosystem

Turn chaos into systems

• Analyze existing processes and identify what can be simplified, automated, or removed

• Design operational processes from scratch in a fast-growing, high-uncertainty environment

• Build clear flows of information, ownership, and decision-making

• Make operations scalable and system-driven, not person-dependent

Own the operational backbone

• Structure and maintain contracts, documents, access rights, and operational agreements

• Coordinate with legal, finance, HR, and external partners

• Ensure transparency, control, and resilience of the operational infrastructure

• Keep operations predictable and calm, even during rapid growth

Who you are:

• An Operations Manager with strong systems thinking

• Someone who genuinely enjoys automating, optimizing, and “fixing” processes

• Confident working with AI tools and quick to adopt new ones

• Understands how to use no-code / low-code / automation tools for real business needs

• Independent, structured, and comfortable working without ready-made instructions

• Able to take systems from concept to fully working implementation
