💰 Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process and track invoices, bills, and vendor payments.
Issue invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding balances.
Maintain accurate AP/AR records and aging reports.
🧾 Expense Management
Review, categorize, and approve employee expenses.
Enforce expense policies and flag discrepancies or policy violations.
Prepare monthly expense summaries for leadership.
🏦 Payroll & Compliance Support
Assist with payroll preparation and verification.
Maintain financial documentation for audits and compliance.
Coordinate with external accountants, payroll providers, or tax professionals as needed.
📌 Candidate Coordination
Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and internal team members.
Communicate interview logistics and follow-ups.
📋 Application & ATS Support
Screen resumes against predefined criteria.
Maintain candidate records and stages in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
💬 Candidate Communication
Respond to candidate inquiries and provide status updates.
Send rejection or next-step communications using approved templates.
🧠 Process Support
Assist with posting job descriptions to job boards.
Help document or update recruiting processes when requested.

Organize and respond to emails, flagging high-priority items.

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Philippine Time, Tuesday to Saturday.

Some tasks may require 15 minute calls during US working hours.

$700/month
📝 Independent Contractor
You are registered with the BIR as an independent contractor and you will be responsible for filing and paying your own taxes.

📚 You hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline.
Be located in Metro Manila or surrounding locations (Laguna, Rizal, Cavite, and Bulacan)
📊 Proven experience in operations or recruiting.
🛠️ Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
🎯 Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

Must provide your own computer/laptop and other necessary equipment.

Must have a reliable internet connection suitable for remote work and virtual meetings.
Screening Call (20 minutes): 📞 A screening call with Amanda, to get to know one another.
Interview (30 minutes): 💻 A remote interview with Sydney, to learn about your background, aspirations, and alignment with company values.
Homework Assignment (1-hour): 📝 Instructions for the task will be sent after the first interview
On-Site Interview (1 hour): 🏢 An in-person interview with Amanda focusing on your ability to learn quickly.
Reference Check: ✅ Provide two substantial references for evaluation.
