Operations Lead

InvestorFlow is the only company of its kind to deliver industry specialized CRM, built on Salesforce, and digital portals to help alternative asset firms find opportunities, create and manage relationships, and turn relationship insights into action with increased productivity and transparency.
This strategic operations role supports the scaling of InvestorFlow’s professional services function. The Operations Lead will oversee tooling backlogs, lead process rollouts, guide reporting analysis, and drive operational alignment across internal and external stakeholders. This person will act as a partner to delivery teams and leadership, ensuring operational readiness, precision, and impact across client-facing engagements.You’ll bring structure to our systems, visibility to our data, and support to the cross-functional teams driving our client work forward.
You Will
Own and manage the backlog across our PSA, CRM, and delivery tools, prioritizing based on business needs and drivers
Drive the rollout and execution of strategic initiatives and process improvements – including workflows, documentation, training, and adoption
Lead internal rollout and change management for new processes, protocol, and tool changes
Review KPI and reporting outputs to surface trends, uncover blockers, and support leadership with data-informed decision making
Oversee onboarding enablement—delivering training and ensuring new hires are fully integrated into team operations.
Review billing cycles for accuracy, validate commercial structures, and handle invoice reconciliations as needed.
Collaborate with Sales and Client Partner teams on proposal decks, pricing models, and creation of key deliverables or SOWs
Work cross-functionally with Finance, Client Success, and Sales to improve how we scale and operate as a services team
Join select client calls to support setup of project tools and alignment on delivery scope and expectations
You Have
5+ years in consulting, professional services, or delivery operations
Demonstrated experience driving applications, reporting, and change efforts – either for internal teams or client-facing initiatives
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions, influence cross-functional teams, and work independently
Comfort leading change management, enablement, or training programs across diverse stakeholders
Candidates with a background in configuring and managing Salesforce (beyond end-user tasks) will be strongly preferred
Familiarity with the services or project delivery lifecycle is a plus but not required, including how teams are staffed, billed, and measured
