What you will be doing

As a Business Operations Intern you will be joining our Operations team. The team aims to provide the best possible support to our customers, partners and repair shops in our network. Main activities surround building long lasting relationships with stakeholders and aid in solving any problems that might arise.

You will handle all incoming and outgoing communication with our B2B clients Dutch speaking, arrange the best deals with repair shops for our B2B clients and handle questions from clients and drivers via mail, chat or phone. Next to that you are the one reaching out to clients to help them make a choice and book an appointment to repair their car damages.

We offer two internship cycles, each lasting 5-6 months:

  • Fall Cycle: Starts in September

  • Spring Cycle: Starts in February or March

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing B2B accounts

  • Optimizing all processes and volumes for the accounts

  • Arrange the best and fastest quotes for our B2B clients

  • Processing all B2B damages, including quality assurance and damage reports

  • Onboarding new partnerships and educating your account on the best use of Fixico

  • Being the point of contact for all operational communication with partners and their drivers regarding damage repairs

  • Establishing and strengthening relationships with different partners, such as international leasing and rental companies

  • Ensuring a smooth and timely repair experience for our clients

  • Tracking and solving repair issues

Requirements

What we are looking for

  • You are currently in the final stages of your studies or have recently graduated in the areas of Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, Marketing or similar

  • You are fluent in Dutch, and you also have excellent proficiency in English.

  • You are customer-focused and have a proactive can-do attitude

  • You are a skilled communicator who can easily establish and maintain good relationships with partners

  • You are not afraid of conducting calls and approaching partners

  • You are a natural problem solver with an attention to detail
