What we’re looking for: As the Operations intern for Rapsodo, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on managing customer returns and warranty claims, analyzing performance data, and supporting the refurbishment of sports equipment. Additionally, the intern will assist with order and invoice creation, as well as manage shipping logistics for our St. Louis office and warehouse.
