We are looking for ambitious candidates with an entrepreneurial profile who wish to gain experience in an support & operational role through an internship that will take place in a remote-office hybrid (Milan center), offering the opportunity to participate in the initial strategy and zero-to-one phase.

The founders recently closed one of Italy's largest pre-seeds, with a capital raising of several millions from both European and Italian venture capitalists and top tier angels from Italy, the UK and Germany.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests

Resolve any client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Support to new merchants in onboarding, account creation and activation via phone, chat and email
Assistance in the inputting and verification of required documentation
Explain the products and services offered for their optimal use
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Monitor and manage the accounts receivable portfolio, proactively identifying and resolving collection issues
Document procedures and flows

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
