Operations Intern – Offline Business Development

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in People Operations (HR) while being exposed to how a business expands physically.

This internship is designed as a learning experience, ideal for students who want to develop practical skills in a dynamic, international environment and be part of building something from the ground up.

 

What you'll learn & Support

People Operations (HR exposure)

  • Support onboarding and administrative processes for new hires
  • Assist with employee documentation (contracts, amendments) and payroll checks
  • Maintain and update data across HR and finance systems
  • Act as a support point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders

 

Operations & Expansion exposure

  • Support the team in the process of opening new study centers
  • Assist in coordinating facilities, vendors, and basic operational needs
  • Help ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners
  • Contribute to ongoing projects related to study center development

 

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work closely with People Operations (HR) and RevOps / Expansion teams
  • Learn how operational and people-related decisions support business growth

 

Who this internship is for

  • Students currently enrolled in Business Administration (ADE), Psychology, HR, or related fields
  • Looking to build a career in People Operations / HR, with exposure to business operations
  • Able to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution

 

What we're looking for

  • Initial experience (internships or part-time roles) in People Administration, Office Management, or similar administrative environments
  • Exposure to logistics, coordination, vendors, or facilities is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and a people-oriented mindset
  • Stakeholder mindset: curiosity and interest in understanding business needs and collaborating with different teams
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

 

Languages:

  • Fluent English required
  • Native Italian required
