  • Drive performance management processes, ensuring alignment with global objectives and regional priorities.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, including Latest Estimates (LEs), variance analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Oversee COGS management and analysis, including volume/mix effects, PPV, and obsolescence tracking.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement FP&A teams to implement cost-saving initiatives and Design-to-Value projects.

  • Oversee capital expenditure planning and compliance, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Monitor cash flow performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion advanced analytics and automation tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and transparency.
  • Mentorship & Development: Coach local finance teams, building capability in operational analytics and financial modelling.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, Business Economics, Accountancy, or related field. Certifications in cost accounting or lean financial management are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years in senior finance roles, with strong FP&A expertise and experience in manufacturing/logistics for consumer goods.
  • Advanced Excel, ERP systems, and financial management software. Power BI and Oracle EPM experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate operational and supply chain data into actionable financial insights, with a strong understanding of cost drivers, efficiency improvements, and logistics performance.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial data and scenarios, providing clear, concise recommendations. Strong leadership in change management, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and effective collaboration across the organisation.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Comfortable navigating uncertainty and managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
