Verification & Onboarding Operations Executive

As Verification & Onboarding Operations executive,  you will play a critical role in safeguarding our platform and users from fraud, harassment, and other risks. This role requires keen analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to enforce policies while maintaining excellent communication with users and internal teams.

Location - Bangalore

Experience - 1-2 years

Working Days - 5 days (Rotational week off )

CTC - 3-4LPA

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor & Investigate: Review and analyze reported content, user activities, and potential violations, ensuring compliance with platform policies. 
  • Policy Enforcement: Perform employer verification (KYC, data checks, job hygiene) and take appropriate actions, such as warnings, job removal, account suspensions, or bans, based on policy violations. 
  • User Communication:  Call users/employers to explain KYC requirements and policy violations, clearly explaining the actions taken, and guiding them on how to comply moving forward.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify patterns related to fraud, hate speech, harassment, and other safety concerns to enhance policy effectiveness.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with verification teams, customer support, and sales to ensure consistent enforcement of trust & safety policies.
  • Process & Policy Improvement: Contribute to refining guidelines, workflows, and best practices to continuously improve the safety of our platform.
  • Performance Excellence: Meet productivity and quality benchmarks set by the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree. 
  • Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or risk management is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (English & Hindi required) and interpersonal skills, especially when handling a case with users.
  • Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office tools.
