We're looking for an organized, proactive, and enthusiastic Business Operations Executive to join our APAC Operations team, based in Melbourne.
Reporting into the Head of Operations, this role will be key in supporting our leadership and people to deliver exceptional work while driving the Two Circles spirit across the region, providing excellence across all elements of the employment journey, while managing our Melbourne office and delivering company-wide events.
You will be energetic, a proactive problem solver, with a growth mindset and an ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the team.

You'll be part of the APAC Operations team, working closely with colleagues across Australia, and collaborating with our London and North America-based Operations teams to ensure alignment globally.
