The Role

Goji is looking for an Operations Executive to join our Investment Operations team to support our growing portfolio of customers! 

As a part of our Operations team, you will provide day-to-day platform support (through live chat, email and phone!) and be the first port of call for our investors. You may also find yourself managing Investor onboarding, KYC checks, ISA administration services, payment allocation and tracking.

How will you help?

• Maintain the customer database and support retention.
• Reconciling transactions and contributing to administrative systems.
• Preparation and processing of all ISA subscriptions and transfers.
• Supporting the compliance team with AML processes.
• Support other areas of the business and key stakeholders.
• Shift work to support our Enterprise Operations team during peaks of activity.
• You’ll be the friendly, efficient and effective first point of contact for our clients.
• Helping the team further to grow our internal knowledge base and procedural guides.
• Designing and implementing scalable processes to facilitate the expansion of our product offering.

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain high standards, delivering repeatable processes to tight deadlines.
• Comfortable with shift work covering US time zones to support our Enterprise Operations team during peaks of activity.
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written. 
• Previous experience in client management. Understanding customers' needs and putting them first.
• Adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• KYC Knowledge isn’t a requirement - but is a bonus!
