We’re looking for an Operations Executive who will play a pivotal role in strengthening our core operational processes through high-quality data collection, consolidation, and analysis.

In this role, you’ll ensure the integrity of our operational data, generate meaningful reports, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to help the organization make faster, smarter decisions.

What You’ll Do

Data Collection & Consolidation

• Gather and consolidate data from internal systems, spreadsheets, databases, and external sources.

• Ensure timely and accurate aggregation that supports daily operations and long-term business strategies.

Data Accuracy & Consistency

• Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms.

• Partner with teams across the business to maintain high data integrity and uphold governance standards.

Reporting & Insights

• Build and deliver regular as well as ad-hoc operational reports.

• Analyze trends, highlight risks or gaps, and offer insights that improve operational efficiency.

Data Quality & Governance

• Implement and champion data-quality processes, standards, and best practices.

• Support ongoing data-governance initiatives to standardize data management across the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work alongside finance, delivery, sales, and other operational teams to understand data needs.

• Provide data-driven recommendations that support key initiatives and business decisions.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.

• Experience working with operational data—collection, consolidation, validation, and analysis.

• Strong understanding of data governance principles and data-quality best practices.

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) or hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Sharp analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Strong communication skills; able to translate complex data into insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• Prior experience supporting operations in a multinational company is preferred.

• Certifications in data management or data governance are a plus.
