Operations Data Analyst

We are looking for an Operations Data Analyst to report to Senior Management, someone who can combine critical thinking with data-driven approaches to help our Product Operations team improve performance reporting, conduct analysis to enhance our key products, and assist in automating and streamlining business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Our 'Product Operations' team is responsible for overseeing the flow of customer funds in and out, as well as collecting from overdue customers. Initially, you will learn how to extract insights from our data warehouse to address key questions raised by the team about how to more effectively run Operations at First Circle.
• Over time, you will gain deeper expertise and take on a more active role in driving improvements in our data analysis infrastructure. You will also help answer more complex questions, leading to policy and product changes.
• You’ll ensure data integrity and accuracy, present findings to the managers of 'Product Operations,' and keep the team informed about industry standards.
• You will work with cross-functional teams and receive mentorship from other stakeholders involved with First Circle’s data and engineering teams.
• Additionally, you will enhance and automate our existing workflows to improve operational outcomes by collecting and cleaning data. This will involve synthesizing and summarizing insights for the operations managers and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or early career professional (1-2 years experience) who is excited to learn
• Solid education in data analysis is ideal. Professional experience not essential
• Able to write, understand, and debug SQL Queries.
• An eye for detail and upholds Data Integrity, Privacy, and Readability in all cases
• Organized and detail-oriented with experience handling multiple projects
• A great communicator who can work with different teams and stakeholders
• Someone who loves turning ideas into actionable plans
