Who We’re Seeking
Qvest US is seeking a proactive & solution-oriented team member to support the successful execution of operational initiatives, processes and functions. In this role, you will help manage systems, data, scheduling, and logistics across areas such as professional development, new hire onboarding, performance management, culture & DEI, talent acquisition, resourcing & staffing, internal company communications, and more.
What You'll Do
Perform routine tasks to support the Operations team’s successful execution of processes and initiatives across department functions
Track progress against key deadlines, deliverables, and goals while proactively flagging risks or delays
Regularly update, maintain, and review system data and functions
Manage scheduling and logistics for Operations-led meetings and events
Demonstrate responsiveness, tact, integrity, professionalism, good judgment, and confidentiality with all levels of personnel, external vendors, and clients
Contribute to a culture of excellence through consistency, accuracy, accountability, and a focus on continuous improvement
Please note: This role is largely remote but will require on-site visits and in-person event attendance. The role will also require occasional support outside of standard working hours.
What You'll Bring
0-2 years of experience in an administrative or analytical role
History of academic success
Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
Experience excelling in a team environment
Ability to work independently, prioritize numerous tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly and effectively learn the organization’s technologies
Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
U.S Work Authorization: Applicants must have employment authorization in the United States that does not require sponsorship of a visa, now or in the future (including OPT or similar).
Travel Requirements
Employees may be required to travel occasionally when required by project scope or management directive.
