The company's solution generates AI-powered actions and insights using off-the-shelf hardware or existing vision systems to address real-impact manufacturing challenges in product and equipment inspection, production efficiency, safety, and more.

Role Overview

As an Operations Coordinator, you will embark on an exciting, high-growth journey. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, research, and problem-solving. The role offers a chance to support both the Business Operations and Deployment teams by coordinating schedules and travel, managing contracts and quotes, assisting with procurement, researching integrators and hardware solutions, and more. It’s a great fit for a detail-oriented individual with technical curiosity who is eager to gain hands-on experience in business operations and technical project coordination within a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Admin Coordination

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track follow-ups
  • Organize documentation for operations and technical projects

Research & Vendor Coordination

  • Source suppliers, request quotes, and compare options
  • Maintain vendor info, including pricing and product specs

Customer & Partner Follow-Ups

  • Track inquiries and ensure timely responses
  • Gather technical requirements for integrations

Procurement & Quoting Support

  • Compare pricing for technical components
  • Support quote preparation and order tracking

Contract & Document Management

  • Organize contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements
  • Monitor renewals and manage digital records

Operational & Technical Support

  • Coordinate testing, deployments, and milestones
  • Prepare research summaries and operational reports

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements

  • Project Coordination: Manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate across teams
  • Technical Resourcefulness: Research hardware specs and coordinate with vendors (no coding/AI required)
  • Cross-Functional Work: Experience working with technical, deployment, or engineering teams
  • Organization & Communication: Maintain documentation and keep stakeholders updated
  • JIRA & Spreadsheets: Proficient in tracking tools and data management
  • Flexible Schedule: Available to adjust hours for executive travel and time zones
  • Attention to Detail: Monitor deadlines, follow up on tasks, and ensure accuracy

Nice-to-Have

  • Workflow Automation: Experience with tools like Zapier
  • Procurement & Vendor Coordination: Manage supplier comms and quotes
  • Deployment Support: Familiarity with hardware installation logistics
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency improvements
