- Provide operational support to meet increasing business demand.
- Build new processes and improve existing workflows to increase efficiency.
- Support the bid and proposal process, ensuring materials are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
- Maintain organized records of proposals, sales activity, and operational documentation.
- Assist with sales outreach support, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Support travel planning, scheduling, and logistics for client meetings and business development.
- Coordinate across sales, operations, and leadership to keep work moving forward.
- Document processes and assist with creating simple SOPs and templates.
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and consistency across operational tasks.
- Handle business and client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with common business tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM or project tools).
