About The Opportunity
We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our Singapore team. This is a broad, hands-on role that spans day-to-day administrative support, client services coordination, and operational execution across multiple functions. If you are a self-starter who is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting things done well regardless of the task, we would love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Operations & Events Support

Provide end-to-end logistical support for internal and external events, including vendor coordination, venue management, and post-event administration

Process and raise payment requests in accordance with internal guidelines and finance procedures

Assist with documentation workflows, including updating documents and distributing them accurately to relevant external parties

Support the broader team with ad-hoc tasks as business needs evolve
Client Services Support

Support the Business Development team by coordinating and scheduling client appointments and managing associated meeting logistics

Assist in preparing meeting materials, including extracting and compiling basic metrics and relevant data ahead of client engagements

Ensure all client-facing scheduling and communications are handled professionally and in a timely manner
General Administration

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office, including maintaining gift inventory, procurement of office supplies, and providing general support as needed.

Provide general administrative support to team members across functions as required
What We Look For In You

Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and a strong execution mindset

Prior experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination role; experience in crypto, fintech or financial services is a plus

Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgement, and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and polished approach to both internal and external engagement

A collaborative team player who takes ownership of responsibilities and approaches all tasks, both large and small, with equal rigour and professionalism
